In the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. You may file a claim with USPS here;
priority mail only: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.
Digital products are sent automatically and will not be refunded after received.
Siroki Lash Studio LLC ships products from our facility to the provided address. Therefore, we are not responsible for returned shipments. To have your order re-sent, email us - your full address, & order number, suite, apartment, unit number etc. Additional shipping fee must be provided. You will receive an email payment request. Please allow a full week for processing of these orders.
Siroki Lash Studio LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
Siroki Lash Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
Siroki Lash Studio LLC is not responsible for any allergies/injuries sustained after use. Ingredients are listed within every product description.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment here at Siroky Lash Studio LLC we understand. Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show. Therefore, your deposit will not be refunded, instead, the deposit will be taken as a charge for your scheduled service.
Showing up over 20 minutes late to your appointment is an automatic cancelation/no-show. If you still elect to come to the appointment the slot will be lengthened if possible. However, if it interferes with another clients appointment your scheduled appointment will not be extended. The deposit will not be deducted from this appointment.
If you need to contact us in advance to let us know you are unable to make it to your appointment as scheduled please do so as soon as possible.
If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel/reschedule after the 48 hour grace period of your appointment time, please note you will have to put down another deposit for the next appointment booked within the scheduling system and the deposit will not be refunded.
All sales are final with no refunds.
Services outside of the studio availability:
If you would like to book an appointment outside of the listed hours of availability there is a charge in addition to the service(s) provided.
Holiday services also require an additional fee. Please keep these policies in mind when requesting appointments.
Appointments outside of the studio:
If you would like us to come to you we would be happy to accommodate your needs. Please note all services that require traveling are charged a travel fee which will be collected along with the retainer before the service is scheduled. There is a non-negotiable requirement for a card to be put on file for these services.
